Bess Masterson at Kilgore & Kilgore helped me several years ago. I went to for a consultation, and ended up not doing anything for a couple of years. Went back to her, and the moved forward. I did not have to pay until I was awarded the money, and then she took her fee out of that. Best of luck... J.
Go to the Workforce Solutions (Texas workforce Commission) and fill out a payday law form the state will get in contact with the employer to get you the wages owed. Also they have the number for West Texas Legal Services which can assist and may be of little or no cost to you.
