not sure where you live but green valley park in n. richland hills is a great park with a large pond and fishing pier. they also have pavilions to rent.
My husband and little boy love to fish. I am thinking about throwing a fishing party. I was wondering if you know of any parks that have fishing docks/piers, a playground and a pavilion I can rent.

Bear Creek Park in Keller has a nice pavilion and two playgrounds. You can fish at the pond or the creek. We have never caught any keepers, but my son has caught and released many a perch there. There is a nice bridge that would work like a pier if you want to keep kiddos away from the waters edge.
Coppell has a great fishing pond and pavilion next to Kid Country, the aquatic center, and the soccer fields.
Chisholm Park in Hurst does.. and I do believe the Bedford Boys ranch has a pier as well.. These are very nice parks.. We go all the time.. Both also have small water parks..
We host birthday parties at Meadowmere Park on Lake Grapevine - www.AdventureDayCamps.com - and can offer fishing from the shore.
We also have archery, target shooting, kayaking, a scavenger hunt, an obstacle course, and more than can be added. Give me a call at ###-###-#### if you are interested. There is a great playground and we will have our 40x40 pavillion tent set up for camp starting next week.
