I want like white fish with butter and they have fish with 52 sides or chicken and heres the breading not chicken ala 12 ingredients.. any ideas... thanks

Hi Jamie,

Like Jennifer, I'm also a big fan of allrecipes.com and I often hit the food network site as well. Another site you might want to visit is www.tasteofhome.com. All of the recipes are from home cooks and I've loved nearly every one of them. I also get their magazine and look forward to when it comes every 2 months so I get a new batch of recipes to try. Some of the most basic recipes I find are on www.kraftfoods.com. Obviously it's very centered around Kraft products, but there are tons of main dish recipes that only have 5-6 ingredients, plus you can sign up for their free recipe magazine and get their weekly recipe emails as well. Another avenue for you to try is crock pot cooking. There are lots of recipes out there with very few ingredients & it's nice to throw a few things in the crock pot and then let it do the work for you all day!

Check out www.savingdinner.com They plan your dinner menu and give you the shopping list to go with it. I just tried it and the reciepes were pretty straight forward. They took about 30 min to prep, but some prep could be done ahead of time.

Also I'm checking into the places you go and assemble 12 meals in 2 hours. I think we can divide each meal into two dinners and get nearly a months worth of dinners for under $200.

J.,

I am currently exploring my inner chef so I watch a lot of foodnetwork and am always looking for new recipes online. I really like Ellie Krieger - you can find her very simple recipes on www.foodnetwork.com. It's all focused on healthy eating. I will sometimes leave out ingredients that our family doesn't like, for instance capers, or balsamic vinegar (any vinegar smell instantly makes me gag and I've puked more than once while my kids were making easter eggs until I found those tablets that don't require vinegar :))

Another site I like is www.allrecipes.com - you can search for recipes based on the ingredients you have on hand. read the reviews carefully - some have added tips on what to change from the original posted recipe too. Their search tools are easy to find what you're looking for, whether it be BBQ chicken or inspiration on what to make :)

it's a 100% member site, so the recipes are not from chefs like on food network... but i've pulled some really good recipes off of the site (Fetuccini Alfredo, Pasta Fagioli soup, Minestrone - all very yummy)

Good luck- happy cooking!

Hello J.! I have a great website and you can also get a free magazine that is sent about every 3 months. I love it. Go to foodandfamily.com. It is a Kraft one. I love it and have cooked alot of reciptes out of there and sometimes they will give you a shopping list so you can just take that to shop for the week.

My 2 favorites are: www.kraftfoods.com and www.allrecipes.com

I appreciate the Kraft dinner ideas. They have several with a week's worth of menus and you can generate a shopping list for everything. It's very handy.

I have recipes on my website but they are also labeled on the seasoning bottles & literally you can cook with only 2-3 ingredients! They are healthier out there than processed foods and our company is the ONLY direct sale company that is ALL NATURAL. I have 3 articles from USA Today, CBS & ABC news that link dyes and preservatives to hyperactivity and hypersensitivies.
