Help! i've got a great house for sale in a family & military friendly neighborhood in Platte City. I've got a wonderful realestate agent and she and I have been trying to brainstorm on how to get it more visible to the military community in and around Platte City and Leavenworth. There used to be bullentin boards at Fort Leavenworth that things like this could be posted on, but I've explored all my old haunts and they are all gone. If you know of anyplace to post a flyer or anyplace else we could advertise reasonably, please let me know! Thanks for all your help.

Other than that I would think that militarybyowner.com is your best option. You could try posting it on craigslist- I don't know what kind of traffic it gets- but it is free to advertise on. Good luck!
Hi L.! I have seen some postings in the Lewis & Clark Center for houses, etc for sale. Have you considered AHRN or MilitaryByOwner.com? That is how we found the duplex we are renting right now. Both websites have listings for houses for lease &/or sale.

For some reason I can't pull up my e-mail info, but I have somebody who you could contact to possibly list your house in Leavenworth at the base. I sent my info over there; although, I never got a single response. So if it's worth it to you, you can give me a call and I can try to locate that info for you.

I know lots of people in the new CGSC class on post. If you send me a flyer I can possibly circulate it through email to people who can then circulate to others. Don't know if it'll help but it can't hurt, right?
Hi L....have you tried the Housing office on post or the relocation center? I would think that since they are so short on housing on post this year, they would be able to give some pointers. Also, we found www.militarybyowner.com to be a wonderful website. Not sure if its what you are looking for, but it might help. How big is your house? I can keep my ears open too! Good luck.
