google it, but you are probably out of luck here. Satin is a nightmare to clean b/c it retains the outline of the moisture and you can't really do much about it. I would suggest using warm "sudsy" water and lightly rubbing the spots of dirt.
My 3 year old daughter has beautiful white satin shoes that are a little dirty. I want her to wear them on Sunday for photos so I dont have time to get them professionally cleaned. Any tips on how to do it myself?

Go to a shoe repair shop and see if they have a cleaner or what they suggest. You could try the aerosol upholstery cleaners be sure to rinse with vinegar water. I had a pair of pastel pink satin shoes and tried to clean them, they came clean but the fabric got really stiff and uncomfortable. If she is about to outgrow them I would get a new pair of white shoes that are not fabric.
I don't think you can. :(
BUT if you feel brave, here's an article with instructions. I'd do it only if you're prepared that they might be toast after this:

Non-acetone nail polish remover with a cotton ball. We used to use this with my white dance shoes when I was little. Worked great! The no acetone part is VERY important. Good luck!
Bet you can find a new pair at Target or Walmart or Payless for really cheap! Sorry, I'm not sure it CAN be done!
