D..
I'd take her to get checked, if it were me.
I have a 16 month old daughter. She recently fell on her toy and bumped her nose and caused a nose bleed. It didn't seem to hurt her too much and the bleeding stopped within a couple of minutes. I started noticing today that ever since that happened she quivers her chin a little. She's only done it about three times but I'm worried could that be related to bumping her nose?
I'd take her to get checked, if it were me.
It's possible. Even though the bleeding stopped, the tenderness is probably still there and makes her nose feels funny. That's probably her way of easing the discomfort. If it continues, take her to have it checked.
I second Amom's answer...wiggle your chin around a bit. It stretches the cartilage in your nose. In fact, try to wiggle your nose withOUT moving your chin...impossible. ;) She's probably just dealing with the discomfort, and if her face doesn't start to bruise (particularly on the upper cheeks, beneath her eyes) I really wouldn't worry about it.
That is a possibility. Talk to your pediatrician.
