JFF What's the Most Number of Mamapedia Flowers You've Received...

8kidsdad (Ben C) got 45 flowers for his response to 'Men On This Sight'.

That's gotta be up there ('specially for a GUY, maybe we should add a 'send a 6 pack' option?) tehehe

I wish they would tell you on every post who's response received the most, thus being 'the most helpful response'. I've actually contacted support to see if they would add it. Not trying to make it a popularity contest, but sometimes when you read question that has 60+ responses, I don't want to have to read them all, I'd like to be able to cut to the chase and get to the best one, you know?

One time I got l like 2 1/2!

Yes, I am THAT person who doesn't read the rules or faqs or posting guidelines or any of that.

I think I got close to 20 or so on one of my comments. The next time I logged in I had like 30 or so and was like WHAT???!!! But I tend to "say what I think" and am pretty direct so I think others liked that I didn't beat around the bush and just spit it out! :o)

23 one time....it was a question about a woman flirting around with her old highschool boyfriend(who was married and had a preggo wife) i told her she had no business talking to a married man like that. i kept it short and simple. Short and simple answers get alot of flowers ive seen.

Most flowers ive ever seen given was on the anti-man chat the other day. The one in which someone was creeped out by having men on this site (to which 99% of us disagreed. That man defended himself on that particulare thread and got almost 50 flowers!

I think 19 or 20, for a very simple answer. I wish they had their own inbox though, because it bugs me to see that I have "26" new messages, and when it all goes to the same answer & the computer or internet is slow, Im not going to click on every one, and I miss pm's.

*I was happy to see 8kidsdad/ Ben get so many on that one post about men on here. Thats the most Ive ever seen anyone receive & the show of support was awesome.

I'm pretty proud of the fact that I got quite a few once for a particularly smartass answer :) it's like knowing I wasn't the only one laughing at my own joke! I think it was 19..

Well, I guess we'll see a lot of one-upping here over flowers...

I'm not certain, but I think I've gotten up to the twenties or thirties once or twice. That's totally based on how many people got involved in that post tho ya know?
They do make you feel good, that's for sure. Women NEED flowers I guess? OR have we been brainwashed over the centuries to THINK we do? Hmm....

I'm still coming down from my RS high from last week. I STILL can't believe I kissed his cheek. That man makes my brain melt! BUT he did say my son was a little cutie! Awwwwwww.

I'd like to think i can help make a positive difference in someone's life who is having a hard time. I know that I've learned a lot through reading posts here over the years.

Not sure highest for O. response--easily 15 or 20. I never take the time to delete my flower messages inbox and I have 13,000+ in there!

People keep track? And actually remember? Heck, I'd have to write it down somewhere to do that.

Ooh, mine was a while back, but I think I got 25 flowers for one of my responses. I was pretty impressed! Ha!

Well I did receive 20 once. But that was a very controversial post. Usually I get 2-5

Relax ladies..flowers are fun. Did you know that God tells us to compliment and encourage people? That's something I need to do more. I WANT to do it more.

It's not just about stroking egos. It's about being able to see when we are on track or when we might need to consider our stance on something. If I get 1 or 2 flowers and they happen to come from people I don't know. But someone else on the same question gets 10 flowers and their advice was polar opposite, then it's worth reading all the responses and considering what's being said. Isn't that what this site is for?

I do not care much about how many, but I really feel happy when the person who asked the question sends me a flower (not just for being nice but because I know I wrote something useful).
