Hi ladies!! Gotta get my jff in for today! I already ate dinner and was sitting here thinking I want something sweet. Got me thinkin, if you could have any dessert magically plopped right in front of you what would it be? I would love a apricot fried pie but im not picky! Anything covered in chocolate will do! What about y'all?

My Grandmothers Apple Roll! Mmm amazing!!! It has a great carmalized sauce that we put over it that makes it so delicious. I am making it for desert tonight for the hubby.

I also love Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake! If I had all the ingredients that I would totally be making this instead!!!

*Oh totally forgot about Beetnick Bars too!!! They taste like moist chocolate brownie cake, with icing.

Oh I'm sorry, am I drooling? :p

If we eat out, I love tiramisu, creme brulee, and anything drowning in chocolate! I've also loved some of the fried banana or fried plantain desserts that some places (Thai, etc.) will do! If I just want something simple that I can easily have at home, I will go for pie with vanilla ice cream, or just some cookies with milk!

Ha! I'd forgotten about white russians! I guess our weather just doesn't support them or pina coladas very often. sigh.

Tiramisu, NewYork Cheesecake, Mango Mochi Icecream, Marzipan, Callebeaut (or similar) Chocolate slivers (take a big knife and a mallet and whack at the bar hammer and chisel style. Seals the palette perfectly), bread pudding, still WARM and half melty/ half baked chocolate chip cookies. Mmmmmm.

And not *exactly* dessert:

Frozen grapes, pepper candied strawberries (molten sugar + cracked pepper > drizzled over strawberries), really yummy cheese, a great red wine, mint mocha raspberry frappuccino, coconut mocha frappuccino, sex.

I LOVE tiramisu, but ONLY the kind my hubby and I make. We make our own mascarpone cheese, espresso, and it has 3 lovely alcohols in it (dark rum, amaretto, and kahlua). It is amazing, and we make it a couple of times a year.

OH, and I've had chocolate covered potato chips!! They're yummy! Salty and sweet, and easy to eat!

I like lots of different stuff! My favorite is (usually) a corner brownie with big walnuts a la mode and drizzled with caramel sauce. If I can't have both, I will eat either the brownie or the ice cream.

And Cake Balls? They look SUPER EASY! I am giving you several links because some have different combonations and tips (and because this post will be something I can refer to later so I can make some also!).

Cheesecake. Haven't had a piece (or ice cream, a shake, a rootbeer float, or anything else totally yummy) in over a year because I am breastfeeding a baby with tons of serious food issues. I really, really miss cheesecake...oh... :(

So, right now, Milky Way Simply Caramel candy bars. Poor substitute for cheesecake, but they are still super yummy.

Oh...and lately I've also been just dumping a fourth of a jar of peanut butter in a bowl, and smothering it with chocolate syrup (dark). That dessert used to have ice cream...but it's still good without.

Oooh good question! I would really love a dark chocolate, hot out of the oven brownie with mint chocolate chip ice cream. That would be divine right now :)

Or a super silky chocolate cream pie with whipped cream or lemon merangie pie--super sweet and tart.

Ok, I have to stop now ---lol, I am getting hungry!

Now that I have had kids I think my hormones have changed cuz I really...really enjoy dessert. Before kids not so much but now....it is akin to an orgasmic experience!!(ok..maybe that is abit far fetched but just trying to get the point across!!)

I looooove berry cobbler a la mode....cherry or berry or apple pie a la mode. Guess that means I like ice cream!

I love moist chocolate cake...yes..a la mode also or with a big glass of milk.

Mmmmm..thanks for getting me thinkin' of dessert so late at night.

Dark chocolate espresso cake with mocha latte icing. I make cakes and this is the best darn thing you've ever eaten. You would think my family would be sick of it but they still beg for it on special occasions and any other chance they get. Dark chocolate, coffee, and creamy buttercream just can't be beat.
