Funny it is........... Imagine a laundry basket very close too a little side dresser in the walk in closet. Clothes come off and laid on top of the dresser. It is too much trouble to turn around a little bit and put them in the laundry basket. Drives me crazy. What would you do............. I have put them in myself, I have laid them in the floor of the office for him to deal with it, I have put them away and not wash them, I have put signs and notes to remind him to please put them in the laundry. Drive me nuts !

What can I do next?

Snoring. I know it is not in his control, but THAT SOUND! I just hate it, and I think evil thoughts whenever it starts up. I have to go to sleep before he comes to bed or I will be up all night. Oh, and the other night his snoring drove me to the couch, only to hear even louder snoring coming from my son's room. UGHHH!

Oh..last night I could have slugged him! I woke up a bazillion times through the night because he kept groping me. This morning I asked him "What the heck were you dreaming about last night??!! You kept waking me up with all your groping! " He then said sweetly, "Honey, I wasn't groping you...you were snoring and I was gently trying to get you to turn over."

Ugh...he drove me nuts for about 8 hours then come to find out it was my own fault.

We do things that bug each other but overall we try to help each other out so the clothes on the floor or the milk left out isn't so annoying. We both do things that annoy each other...and we both do things to help each other out. Kinda cancels each other out.

Good luck and best wishes!!

My husband of 20 years makes this noise as he sleeps. He INSISTS its not snoring and that I do it too. Whatever. It is snoring, dude and you do it milli-seconds after your head hits the pillow. I can say "Hunny, really? Already" in exasperation and he will go "WhAT??"...Omg, its like a default setting! As soon as he is in the sleeping position it emits from his face!!!

I sleep with my earbuds in all night long (Love my Skull Candy buds). Michael Buble generally sings me to sleep.

Also he does this clicking thing with his nails together. In the movie theater. As we watch TV...if I am driving the car. OMG...dude..your wife has Bionic Hearing for that sort of stuff...but its the family joke that I am deaf to normal socializing noises..its weird (Maybe I need my hearing checked among other things...maybe I have like dog frequency issues?? LOL).

I do things in equal measure to make him bonkers. He is just better equipped to ignore it! LOL

Coffee grinds in the sink - heard of running water? It stains the sink!! I have to bleach it every morning.

Never throws anything in the trash - it gets left right where he used it.

Cups and plates never go in the sink - gets left right there.

Clothes on the bathroom floor, with laundry basket RIGHT THERE!

Jeez... what is it with men? Do they not know our backs are not made of steel?

LOL

Still love him to bits though!

My husband leaves the kitchen cupboard doors open. It drives me mad. I have no idea why he can't just close the door when he is done. I drive him crazy because I do not shut the front door when I take the dog out and his cat always manages to escape when I come back in. I am glad these are our biggest complaints.

He'll put a dirty dish in the sink instead of opening the dishwasher, literally 1" away from the sink, and putting it in. GRRRR

He will wash 5 items of HIS clothing and then if the dryer has clothes in it when he goes to dry his 5 items, instead of folding them he throws them in an empty basket or better yet on the laundry room floor. Thank you mister. Now I have to rewash the entire load so that your 5 items you wanted washed got done. Is it so hard to just fold them?
He too leaves his clothes wherever he happened to take them off: bathroom floor, next to the bed. They NEVER make it into the basket. I just keep shoving them in front of his side of the bathroom sink hoping he will get the hint. He never does.
But.....................I do love that man. :)

He pulls the clothes off the hangers and leaves the hangers.

Can't you take the clothes off the hangers and put them all in ONE spot and make it easier for me? Nope. Other than THAT he's pretty good. I REALLY can't complain in the grand scheme of things.

My husband is the loudest swallower I've ever heard. Drink or food, it's loud. I hate mouth noises anyway, but DAMN he can GULP. It's as if his whole head opens up and all the food/drink goes straight down his neck. I love my man though. Can't complain about much. :)

I drive my hubby nuts way more than he does me! He puts everything away, maybe too much! But I guess if I were to pick something, he tends to do something just to get it done, whereas when I do it, I do it so its COMPLETELY done. Like dusting for example, he will quickly swipe around stuff and think he's done but when I do it, I remove everything off the shelf and spray it and then wipe it down, including the items that were sitting on the shelf! so that drives me nuts sometimes but I really don't complain because he does so much more than most husbands do! =)

My husband asks me to make his lunch, I ask him what he wants, he says "Oh whatever"...then after I pack it, he goes behind me and switches out sandwich bags, and replaces items I pack for him. This happened this morning. I told him, no more, you're on your own.

Funny, because I've heard this from practically everyone I've ever talked to about this subject. Mine puts his clothes on the floor. I think it's because it isn't exactly dirty and maybe if they need it again, it won't be in the dirty clothes but more accessible...LOL But if you're going to do laundry anyway, then by all means, go ahead and get the clothes off the dresser or floor please..>LOL

You're lucky! My husbands clothes dont even make it that far, he stands next to the bed at night, strips his clothes off and throws them next to the bed. Before I make the bed every morning, I throw a load of laundry in and go pick up his clothes and throw them in.
I love it when he picks his toenails on the couch right next to me. The sound of it grates on my nerves and makes me want to poke his eyeball out.
MAN, I love him! lol Hes lucky hes good to me!

When we were first married he place an empty ice cream carton in the freezer. We had a huge argument about how it is rude to eat all of something and then place the container back in the freezer. He claimed he left me some (yeah, about 1/8 of a teaspoon)! He will leave empty cereal boxes on the counter, leaves the milk out and my favorite, because he is passing it on to our sons, the ability to walk over a pile of stuff that clearly needs to go upstairs. I mean I make a huge pile and stop doing it myself because I am not the maid!!! All three of them will climb over the pile instead of picking up their stuff. Makes me nuts!!!

Toenail clippings thrown behind the couch. Like he thinks they're going to disintegrate or something??

And wherever he has been sitting on the couch is where I later find dishes and his socks on the floor. Even my kids know that's a no-no!

Many things, but a couple of the ones that I still can't understand are:
- To leave his clothing on the floor, eventhough the hamper is right next to it and has no lid (on purpose).
- Placing dishes on the sink with food AND Napkins on them, instead of throwing things in the trash first.

There are so many things that my husband does...but he really is a good guy.
How hard is it to put clothes in the dirty clothes hamper? Seriously, he will put them on the FLOOR NEXT TO THE HAMPER!! ARGH! That's why I don't do his laundry anymore. He leaves his clothes anywhere in the house and I throw them in his room.
He is always late. Always. A couple of minutes to a couple of hours. I hate that he is always running late.
He always says "orita". Which in spanish means, 'later'. Honey, can you pull the weeds? orita. Honey, can you give the baby a bath? Orita. Honey, can you help bring the groceries in? Orita! I SWEAR...I hate that word.
Those are the two big ones.
