Just make up the pancakes.... put them between double layers of wax paper, place in a freezer bag, and freeze for a quick breakfast later.
When you want to use the frozen pancakes, just drop them in the toaster!
Quick breakfast!
Hi moms, when I make pan\cakes (mix is with eggs) for my child, I always have lefover batter, is it okay to refrigerate this for a few days and then cook it later after a few days? Thanks moms

I never tried that, but I cook all the batter into pancakes and then freeze them. Let them cool entirely then put wax paper between them before you put them in the freezer. They heat up easily in the microwave and you have an easy breakfast later in the week.
If I have extra batter I just make it into pancakes and save the pancakes for another day. I don't think it stays good as batter.
Just cook up the pancakes and freeze them.
I make my pancakes from scratch, and don't use eggs at all. That makes it much easier to make less batter to go to waste. However, when I do have leftover batter I just cook it into pancakes and put them in the fridge, or I put wax paper in between them if it's a tall enough stack and then freeze. Usually there are only a few and they get refrigerated and the girls end up munching on them later in the day for a snack with some jelly or peanut butter.
yes.....that's what restaurants do. i wouldn't keep it more than a couple of days though!! or you can make up the pancakes and freeze them for a later day!!
Sure. Just make sure it's refrigerated and use within a few days.
We do it all the time.
It should be ok if it's only a few days. Or you can cook them all up and just reheat them when needed. I don't usaully make them unless I am feeling really extra nice. (I can't stand the smell of them that's why) but my mom makes them for my boys when the spend the night and she will send home the extras for them to eat the next few days and they can heat them up or eat them cold them love them.
You can keep it in the fridge for 72 hours, but I usually cook all of it, and freeze what we don't use. The kids can put them in the toaster for a snack.
It would be fine. You can also freeze it.

No... make the pancakes and put them in the freezer... they warm up nicely in the microwave... and depending on your kid's age, it's a great easy breakfast they can get themselves!
no maam. bacteria starts growing the minute they are cracked. Better to make all the batter and freeze leftovers. My kids like when I make them silver dollar sized and freeze in snack bags. They can pull out a snack bag and eat them cold when they come in hot from playing outside. Make sure they have cooled completely in the fridge before you freeze them or they will stick to each other.
