I am trying to come up with a place to have some candid photos of my daughter taken. She's 2, so somewhere that she could play in a natural setting would be ideal. A park with some scenic areas as well as playground equipment would work. We live in East Dallas, but Richardson/Garland would work, too. Any ideas?
I've gotten the best pictures of my kids ever at the Dallas Arboretum the past two years! I've heard you can get free ticket at any Dallas Recreation Center, along with parking passes. Perfect place for pictures!
Anywhere around White Rock Lake is gorgeous! Flag Pole Hill (off of NW Highway at Buckner) has nice play areas with a pretty background.
Tennison Park on E. Grand has nice trees. Oh! and the playground at the Lake Highlands Rec Center on the corner of Church and White Rock Trail. Next week they open the splash park and I got some great water pics last summer.

We do location shoots part time! There is a park off of Williamson that is beautiful for pics. The one family on our website with the one boy - the pics were taken there, there is a little creek and a lot of trees, and of course a play ground. Then there is another park that looks onto the lake that is great as well if you can capture your little girl running around with the Regatta's going on in the background. The regattas are every weekend early! Hope that helps.

I have had several photos of my daughter taken at the Arboretum! This is a beautiful setting for any photo casual or dressy ..posed, or candid!
My photographer always got me in free for the shoot also.
