the Marriot at DFW airport is really nice. I would think all hotels of that type should have them, most any really except for super 8, motel 6, etc...
Well there is always the Hilton in Southlake-dont think you can go wrong there and its a great place for visitors to stay with tons to do within a walking distance. However- depending on what you need....Colleyville Center is also a big venue where you can have that catered in. No hotel there tho- What is the event for?
- There is the DFW Hyatt in Grapevine that I hear a LOT of people having events at -right by Grapevine Mills Mall and then there is the Gaylord Texan- you have it ALL right there.

There is place called Texas Hall in Hurst or Bedford, but it's not a hotel, its a banquet facility, but they allow alcohol, and food. Prices depend on how big your party is.. Here's the ladies' e-mail and you can ask her to send you pics as well:

Does it need to be a hotel? The Central Market in Southlake has a Community Room that they let the public use. You ahve to call and check their calendar and reserve it. They allow no outside food and drink so anything y'all eat and drink will have to be purchased there, but they have lots and lots of choices, and live music on the patio on weekends.
