I want thank everyone for being so helpful. As a bonus, I've even found a stylist amoung you. As for the GYN I ended up having to go to Urgent Care and was referred from there to Dr. Brooks in Phoenix. A little bit of a trip but worth it. He's very generous with his time, and very easy to talk to. The staff is also very nice and the office is large and comfortable. But, if you're still feeling any tension before your exam, that will all go away when you see (are you ready for this?) fuzzy bunny covers on the stirrups! I must've been really nervous because I couldn't stop laughing. I guess they worked. Thanks everyone.
I have lived in the southeast valley for 30 years and am deeply networked here. As for a GYN go with Dr. Goodman. He was my mom's GYN then later delivered my 2 boys. He has 3 or 4 offices here in the valley and many associates. Good experience there. I can't help with the other specialty areas on a personal level, but I also am a hair designer and can ask my clients. They know what I don't.

I go to Contemporary Care for Women at Higley and Guadalupe. I'm not sure which part of QC you are in, but I would say they are worth the drive. I see Dr. Tamanaha and he is awesome. He always listens, answers questions, and is light-hearted and funny, when appropriate. I have many friends that go to this practice and see other doctors as well and they love it!
I'll have to check with my mom regarding where her Rheumatologist is (she lives at Queen Creek and Power Rds) I think her doc is in Scottsdale though. If it's close, I'll get back to you!

Dr, Daryl Lamb---Very gentle, doesn't force immunizations on you. etc.
I have a great OB in Chandler on Lindsey and Pecos, Dr Clinton Leonard-He's Catholic though so he won't prescribe birth control.

There is a wonderful family practice in Gilbert (Guadalupe and Greenfield) who can then refer you to the leading specialists that you need. My husband is a P.A. there with a female doctor and another female P.A., and truly unlike many offices these days, you are a patient, not a number at this family practice. They take their time with you and educate as well which is VERY nice. If interested call ###-###-####. I am a patient, my 2 yr old son has been a patient since being a newborn, and my parents who live near you and just retired are also patients and we all love it. My dad also has many health issues and needs specialists so he is now seeing some new doctors in the area as well. Hope this helps, and good luck.
There is a great pediatrician close to Queen Creek. Her name is Dr. Mohler and I think she is around the Higley/Chandler Heights area. She left the practice I go to and opened her own. She is great with kids!
For an OB, I agree with Greta. Dr. Goodman is very good. I know many people that go to him and I think he is up to 4-5 offices in the valley. The closest to QC is probably on Southern and Crismon. It is a Dr. Partridge/Dr. Goodman office.
