I am looking for a clearance center for inexpensive furniture. I need to get a new sofa and possibly a love seat but don't know where to get a good deal. Will drive far if I have to. Help!

You can purchase a complete living room set between $175-$1000. Last year I purchased leather Couch & chair used for $300. (Extremely Nice) at Renter Center. Most rental furniture stores have Cash & Carry Furniture. Furniture that has been returned due to delinquent payments etc with reduced prices. If you are willing to look at gently used furniture I have had good experience with Craigslist.org. I have found great deals on sometimes practically new furniture and have sold many items as well.
I don't know of a clearance place for furniture but I do know that IKEA in Frisco has a lot of inexpensive, attractive furniture. You can check out its Web site at www.ikea.com.
There are severl reslae shops and furniture stores that are extremly affordable on Lake June Road. There is one on the corner of Lake June and Hickey tree. On saturdays they usally have stuff sitting in the fron tof what looks like a shack. before when you go inside he has lots of nice stuff. I bought a $2500 dinnning room set thlike what you would find in a luxary home for about $400 and the plastic was still on the chairs. They get really nice stuff every once in a while. there are severl other shops like that down that road you just have to go in and look it don't let the outside keep you from exploring.

Weirs Furniture has a clearance center for both their Dallas and Plano stores. Charter Furniture has a clearance center on I-35. I don't know if you have looked at Rooms to Go, but they have some nice sofas for very reasonable pricing. If you are looking for cased pieces (tables and such) try IKEA up north. Also, JC Penny on line has reasonably priced furniture. All of it just depends on the quality you want. If you have any other questions, feel free to shoot me an email!
