Hi Ladies!
I am looking for a new dining room table and chairs. We are on a tight budget so I need an idea of places that sell great quality and pretty furniture, but that also sell affordable furniture. I am looking for a rectangle old world or simple style of dining table. If you also have any ideas of where to look for good used furniture that would also be a help. I live in the NRH area, but am willing to drive anywhere in the Nortwest Ft. Worth area. Thank you so much!
Have you tried looking on Craig's List? That is an awesome place to find just about anything you're looking for.

If your are interested in used furniture the Salvation Army thrift store on Camp Bowie has a pretty good selection. I bought a kitchen table and 4 chairs there for $75.00 4 years ago and they are still holding up great.
Try the Ashley outlet and Rooms to Go Outlet in arlington. Both are off 360. You can find some good deals.
I agree with the mom who suggested Garden Ridge.
I love the set we bought from Garden Ridge. I wouldn't have guessed it would be so nice. I am not sure exactly what we paid for it but I am sure it was less that $300 for a 6 piece set. It is solid wood and looks like a much more expensive set- I've got several positive comments on it.

You might try Kiss It Good Buy in Grapevine on Main Street. This is a furniture consignment store. Also you might try Angie's Attic in Grapevine on Northwest Hwy. This is also a resale shop. Good luck.
We got our table, 6 chairs, buffet, and hutch @ JCPenney. Everything was very reasonably priced. They are very sturdy and durable-kind of rustic looking. I just love them and have gotten several copliments on them.
I also agree with Garden Ridge. The table and mirror in my entry way are from there and I was surprised that I was able to get them at such a great price. Good Luck!
Try Sam's Furniture and Appliances on Belknap in Ft. Worth and the border of Haltom City. They have some pretty nice stuff and it's affordable.
Garden Ridge is having a shop a thon and had some tables and stuff in there. We had pretty good luck with out table when we got it from there. It lasted 4 moves we still have it just out grew the table.

I have a table and 6 chairs that we need to sell. We bought it and used it for our conference table at the office and are no longer needing it.
