Hi Samantha, I too am trying to find out that information. I have tried numerous types of diet pills. I would like to find something that works.
I'm looking for a natural appetite suppressant. Has anyone tried Hoodia? If so, what brand and what did you think?

Hi Samantha,
I know of something that might interest you. It's called Arbonne International...We have a weight loss system, but what I really love is their weight loss chews. They taste like candy but they truly curb your appetite and give you added energy. All Arbonnes products are pure, safe and beneficial. Check it out. www.4myfamily.myarbonne.com If you have any questions I would love to help you out.~ M.
I've been looking into Hoodia a lot lately myself, after reading about it in the book, "You, on a diet." I haven't got to try it yet, because I'm nursing my 4 month old.
I have heard, that there are a lot of fakes out there right now, so be careful before you spend your money.
I'm curious to hear about others experiences.
I would like to know as well. Has anyone responded to your request?
Water is the best one I've found.
Seriously.
Every time I'm hungry for a snack I reach for a glass of water - works almost every time.
Good luck.
Please Samantha be very careful. I had started taking Hoodia and yes it does curb your appetite, but by the end of the first week of taking it just as the bottle said, I found myself in the back of an ambulance on the way to a hospital where I spent 2 days in intensive care. The Hoodia triggered a Complex migraine. The Complex migraine makes your body react as if it is having a stroke. I did not know who I was, where I was, I was very sick vomiting, my voice slurred and I couldn't speak, my mouth drew to one side, and I lost all my motor skills. I had even forgot how to dial a telephone for help. It was very scary. They tell me it could take up to 3 months to recover from this type of migraine. What I took was the straight Hoodia with no energy boosters. I bought it at GNC and it came highly recommended by their manager. Although what happened to me was not fatal, it was enough to scare me to death not to mention my 3 children. Please be very careful!
I tried smart burn with hoodia in it and it did not work at all. There is this great all natural drink called mona-vie. It is the best take a look at there web site and let me know.
A great one for me is one that my son sells ....it is Herbalife's Total Control. I have lost over 50 pounds 22 of them during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus they have great nutrional products. D. Jenkins

I have to be honest...there's ton of pills that will supress ur appetite but the best way is hard work...its guaranteed to work and it cost you nothing. Try eating several small HEALTHY meals a day along with water and vitamins and it will curve ur hunger.
Your going to get mixed answers because obviously everyones bpdy is different. What works for me may not help you at all, and maybe you dont need an apitite supressor at all to lose weight, maybe the problem is not your apitite. If I were you, go to a dietician, and find out from them because you are obviously getting very mixed answers. One woman said hoodie put her in the hospital, and 2 people said drink water (which actualkly puts ON inches due to whats called "water weight")
Good Luck
