The most I have ever paid for cut and color and style was $160.00 and I think thats pretty good considering my hair had to be bleached first then colored..LOL..I tried highlights and my hair is black so therefore the need to bleach first.Cuts for men are $20 and for a cut and style and wash is $45 for women. Tana at Village Hair in Tampa (Carrollwood area) is excellent and her prices are very reasonable. She has been doing hair for over 20 years and is very skilled in all areas of hair, whether you want a basic cut, some color or a whole new look. She will take all the time you need for a consultation and is very meticulous when doing hair. She'd rather take a little extra time to get it right and just how you want. I think you would be very happy with Aveda The Whole Salon/Spa in Ozona. I have been going there for more than a year, and not only are their prices reasonable but their employees are very friendly and knowledgable. They have a web site - www.wholesalonspa.com. Check it out!

I love Valerie at the Hair Junction in New Port Richey. She recently moved to Hair Junction so I have not been to this salon, but I have been going to Valerie for about 2 years at her previous place and will be going to her at the new place in a couple weeks when it's time for a cut (I have shoulder length hair and go about every 6 to 8 weeks and get highlights about every other time)
The Hair Junction is in the shopping center on the NE corner of 54 and 77 (rowan rd).

I usually go to La Salon Mirage on Tampa Rd. in Palm Harbor...it's a bit further for you but their prices can't be beat for a nice full service salon/spa and all the stylists are excellent. I personally go to Elena but they all seem to do a great job. Cuts start at $31 & up (depending on how experienced, but even the cheaper ones do a good job) and it includes was & style.
