Don't know of any attorneys but if you truly feel an error was made, you need to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board so they can investigate.
I am seeking a Malpractice Attorney because my 3 1/2 year old childs surgery was performed incorrectly. We did not become aware of this until some of her symptoms returned and after receiving another doctors report/opinion.

is a malpractise suit whats needed to help your child? seems everyone is so QUICK to file a lawsuit these days.
Whatever you do.... make your decisions based on rational and logical information..... don't make decisions based on your emotions.
Keep in mind that today's society is so lawsuit happy that most juries reflect that opinion in judgements. I've been on a couple of juries... take it from experienced jurer.
Work with the insurance companies and Dr's to resolve it.
Best wishes to your daughter.
Ask every attorney you know, regardless of speciality, to make a referral. Many will refer only to someone in their own firm, but if you start seeing the same names show up on different people's lists, you'll have a place to start. Most legal referral services refer to those attorneys who are members, so they aren't necessarily an open referral. You can check credentials with your state bar association to be sure they are in good standing.
##nevermind--just saw you were in texas##
Good luck in making the best decisions for your daughter.
Contact me privately and I can provide you with one. He is the father of my good friend and works out of chicago but lives in dupage.
This is the kind of thing that you need many reviews and feedback before you choose an attorney. There is a site called yelp.com you type in your area or a city close to your area and what you are looking for from restaurants to doctors to attorneys and read the feedback. Hope that helps.

I don't live there but this is what came up on a website. Can the other doctor recommend someone? Maybe they don't do that but doesn't hurt to ask.
I would recommend finding an attorney by word of mouth. Another rule of thumb is if they have to advertise then they probably are not very good. Ask around at work, friends and church you maybe able to get a good name from someone you already know.
