It would probably help if you would re-post and say what type of attorney you are looking for. Is it family law? juvenile dependency? wardship/guardianship?

Contact the California Bar Association for Sacramento - they can refer you to an attorney that specializes in your area of need and has been "checked out" by the CBA.
I think McGeorge School of Law in sacramento has some kind of a in-service program that does free work. give them a call, if they cant help you, they may be able to point you toward someone who can. good luck!

I assume you are looking for a family law attorney. That will be really hard to find but not impossible.
Please call my attorney's office and I can get more information from you and let my attorney know. He has many references and/or may be able to help you himself.
Here is my information:

Good luck. You can also call the State Bar of California and they have an attorney referral line that you can ask for attorneys doing pro bono work.
Either way - I wish you luck!
