My mother, sister, and I want to get manicures and pedicures done together. We want a clean place that sterilizes between customers. Do you have a recommendation for a great place and even the name of a great nail tech? We'd also like to get our eyebrows waxed there as well.

Bliss Nail Spa is the only place I'll go. Seriously, the spa pedicure is wonderful. They actually rub your feet/legs for 20 minutes. They are very clean and do a great job. And, it has a great atmosphere. It is very calming and soothing with beautiful paint job, curtains, etc. It is very high scale in look but extremely afforable (like 50 for the combo).

Apple Nails is very clean. Have lunch at Thai Ruby next door then get your nails done! They're both on 2499 in the shopping strip with Red Hot & Blues and IHOP.

D. - I go to Nail Attractions in Lewisville - on Main Street right by I-35 (in parking lot of 24 hour fitness). It's not a cushy spa or anything - it's a big room with about 16 mani/pedi chairs. You can walk in, no appointment necessary. They always have enough staff to cover. I've been very happy with my nails & pedis from there. They do eyebrow waxing too. They do a quick sterilization between customers in the foot baths, they toss used utensils into sterilization bins and get new ones in between. Of course, not being an inspector, couldn't tell ya if they're doing a good job, but from what I have witnessed, I am okay with it. (I was there very late one night and saw them bleach out each individual bath and also scrub it with Cascade.)
They just started something new where they serve free margaritas while you're getting everything done. (can choose alcohol or not) And occasionally they sell knock off designer purses and sunglasses. It's a one-stop shop! But like I said, it's not real spa-ish, but I like it.
The one negative is they do like to upsell - they give you price sheets when you first sit down and have you pick what you want and I've seen them pretend not to understand english in order to get you to go for a bigger package.

Envy Nails in Flower Mound at Morriss and Cross Timbers is the best. They have a cool sterilizer they use between customer. It is very clean and a friendly atmosphere. I recommend a Spa Pedicure they are to die for.
I've tried several different places, but ENVY NAILS is the absolute best! My polish stays on so much longer than the other places. They sterilize & are very nice in there! They are located off of Morris & 1171 in Flower Mound (by Sprouts)
