Ok ladies I have lots of flip flops mostly from Old Navy. Those are cute but not the most comfortable.

SO my question is WHAT IS YOUR GO TO FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS that provide good support and doesnt need replaced quite so often

Crazy question I know but I am tired of buying sandals and flip flops and having to replace them all the time.

Birkenstock and Earth make some wonderful sandals. Great arch support and I can go all day in them. You can find both (and others) here:

I love my Birkenstocks. I've got the traditional Arizona, made-fun-of-in-the-movies look. I wouldn't trade them for Jimmy Choos, EVER. ok well maybe - but only to seel the Jimmy Choos on Ebay so I could buy more Birks. Best. Shoe. Ever.

I agree with the reefs for flip flops...they run around $20-$25 but they last for years and they have arch support. For sandals I love Teva...they run around $45 wholesale (endless.com is my fave) but last forever and you can have the straps replaced if you ever need to.

I used to be a birkenstock diehard but they require a lot of maintenance. I now wear and love Teva's. I have a pair that I have been wearing for literally almost 10 years. they have been mauled by our dogs (they love to eat the rings that hold the straps together) and repaired by my husband and keep on going....I wear them year round, rain, snow, sun, it doesnt matter. Love 'em!!

Nike womens flip flops are good. They are quiet and comfortable...and my current pair are in their 3rd season. You can find them in all kinds of colors and the Nike swoosh is very small and hardly noticeable, if you are concerned by these things?

The BEST sandals I have ever found are by Earth Spirit from Walmart. I have gone through 2 pairs in 5 years. They are cute, durable, and so comfortable. They're only $20 and look great. One of the few things I found worthwhile there. I love Earth Spirit shoes.

Yellow Box all the way. They are the most comfortable flip flops I have worn. I have several pair and wear them everyday. I even wear them shoping. You can get them in many places in the mall. Bealls also carries them and I just found out so does Cavenders. The run anywhere from $20-40. Depending on how fancy you get. But they are so worth the money.

Definately Crocs! I bought my first pair last summer and still wear them, they feel so good to wear, like my feet are getting massaged.

I'm not a fan of flip flops but I personally like hiking sandals.
Brands I look at most often are Keen, Salomen, Teva, Merrel and a few others.

I usually buy from from Sierra Trading Post, they have reviews and very insightful when it comes to size recommendations. Plus a decent return policy.

Definitely reefs. I have several pairs that I have worn since college (7+ years ago). Since then I have purchased other styles and love them just as much!

Tory Burch flip flops. They're about $45 but they're very cute and will last a lot longer than the cheapies. I wouldn't say they provide a great deal of support but the cushion is better than most!

I am in love with my Crocs flip flops. The ones I have are like these ones http://www.crocs.com/crocs-capri/10041,default,pd.html?ci... . I love them because they are #1 comfy #2 supportive #3 cute & #4 easy to wash! I tend to have foot odor problems, so I just wash them with hot soapy water a few times a month and they are good as new. For those days that I still want to be comfy but don't necessarily want my toes showing, I have another pair of Crocs like these http://www.crocs.com/crocs-malindi/10127,default,pd.html?... . I bought one pair from Sports Authority and the other from Macy's. VERY DURABLE!! I was very anti-Crocs until I found some cute ones and tried them on.

I love, love, love my Reef flip flops! I have one pair that is a little more on the pricey side, but they are truly the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. They have cheaper ones that are still fun, but not quite as comfy (not as much support). I know Merells are pretty popular too and known for their comfort, so you could try those.

Keen sandals are great! I wore my last pair for 3 summers. My kids have them as well. I like that they protect their toes. They have great support and are very durable. They do cost a bit more, but I think their quality is worth it.

My Crocs flip flops!!! I have had mine for almost 3 summers now, and they look as new as the day I bought them! They are insanely comfortable (i.e. I wore them for 5 miles today at a zoo and my feet don't hurt), they can get wet and not be destroyed, and they never smell!!! Yay!!! They are like $30, but so well worth the price!

FYI - Crocs have no support either. Reefs, Teva or Chaco are all wonderful. Check REI - I look online and can usually get them on sale. I buy one new pair per year. I keep the older pair, but like a new look. They last FOREVER and my back doesn't hurt anymore.

Rainbow!! The price scared me away for a while, but then I got a pair for my birthday three years ago! They are still in pretty good condition, but I am going to send them back for a new pair soon as the stitching is starting to come apart on one of the straps. Yes, they will replace them no matter how old they are!! (Assuming you haven't worn a hole through them...) My husband who hated filp flops won't wear anything else. He has problems with his feet (wears workboots way too much), and the Rainbows seem to do the trick for him!

I LOVE my Croc flip flops! Yes, they are pricy at $30- $40 but they are awesome! I had a black pair & bought a brown pair later so I could wear them everyday & still match!! They have good support. I wear them all the time & my feet or back never hurt like they do with my Old Navy ones. They are also very sturdy & comfy. Oh & I'm also a "flip-flop" junkie ;)

I highly recommend Rainbows!! They are a bit pricey (in my opinion), about $45, but worth it. I've had several pairs. They are so comfy and last for yrs. They now have them available in just about every color imaginable. Hope this helps!

I don't own a pair but I hear that the shape-ups flip-flops are food and they are made by sketchers... now I love sketchers sneakers and I still have a pair that I bought like 9 years ago and are comfy... but the shape-ups are also suppose to help you tone your calves, thighs and butt... Just a suggestion

No flip flops are 'good' for your feet but if you want a squishy bottom and more comfortable than Old Navy, I like Yellowbox that you can buy at dept stores like Dillards, and I love Teva that you can buy at outdoors type stores like Binks Outfitters, Dick's, etc They are very cute too!
Comfortable sandals are Born but they are pricey, they do have sister brands too that are made by the same company that are cheaper.

Have you tried the Rainbow Flip Flops? They are leather and don't make a lot of noise. They are pricey for flip flops but you won't have to replace them so often.
