N.G.
Yes, it happened to me before and it was not white milky, but yellowish and the doctor said it was nothing to worry about in my case. Caution: in my case.
This morning I thought I felt some leakage in my shirt from my nipple and when I looked there didn't seem to be anything. Then I squeezed it and some clear milky stuff came out. I did the same to the other nipple and some stuff came out that one as well. I stopped breast feeding about 2 years ago. Is this normal? I am on day 30 of my cycle, but haven't started yet. Thanks for any input!

I looked at your previous questions and they all seem to medical related. Do you not have a doctor you trust and can ask these question of? If not, I urge you to get one, because we aren't professionals and can't answer these kinds of questions for pyou.
Good luck.
You need to see what your Dr says.
We are not Dr's and we can't tell you if something like that is normal or not. Go to the Dr.
Please see a psychiatrist about your hypochondria.
You are so worried you might be sick that you will eventually make it a self fulfilling prophecy.
You need professional help to deal with this anxiety.
No one anywhere on the internet can do that for you.
Best wishes and be well.

I agree with Doris. You've mentioned medical anxiety before - so to me, you will want to get this checked out so that you can put your mind at ease.
What is normal for one person may not be for another. Any doctor will tell you that. So just call and see what they think. They'll ask the right questions. Go from there :)
There are many reasons for this, but it's always something that should be done during a regular breast exam (which is done at home after your period) and should be in the doctor's office during your regular exam. So you're doing it when you are premenstrual, which is not the best time. Wait until after your period. If you still have discharge, call the doctor - who will probably say not to squeeze your nipples at all for another month, but then to repeat and let him/her know if it recurs.
Nipple discharge is USUALLY nothing. Rarely is it a sign of a serious problem but you should not ignore it.
But again, as others have said with great concern, your extreme medical anxiety is hampering your life and it needs to be addressed in a serious and comprehensive way so that you are not ignoring what's important by focusing on those things that are innocuous. The stress is your worst enemy. Please seek assistance.
It's hard to decide whether this is part of your medical anxiety you've detailed here before, or if it's something that's wrong. I suggest that you call your obstetrician's office and talk to the nurse. Let her advise you.
First of all, anxiety about your health is normal....especially if you are having discharge in your breast and you have not breastfeed in 2 years. No one should refer you to a shrink for that...It's a basic question that needs an answer.
Now that being said. The same scenario happened to me. I had not breastfed in 2 years but my breast still had some discharge in them. The only difference is that I was not having a period either. Your doctor does need to know about this. The fact that you are having a normal period is good...sometimes this happens...a phone call to your gynecologist's nurse should help. For me it was a hormone imbalance that was solved by a little pill that I take once a week.
Best to you,
could mean pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, normal or not. you can call your dr and ask them. my dr said that after breastfeeding ones nipples may leak indefinitely depending on her hormones. and told me i had nothing to worry about. i still do monthly breast checks, and go fo an annual visit to they gyn who makes sure everything is fine.
i would call the dr. mine changed my bcp after learning that they leaked monthly and that i was having monthly headaches too.
I did this when I was barely pregnant, fell down at work, and had a miscarriage. Didn't even know for sure if I had been pregnant.
But my body did. My milk came in. Had a D&C and that took care of it.
