Painful Problem (Sorry If This Is TMI)

I am over 2 years postpartum. I was induced, but delivered pain relief drugs-19 hrs of labor, had to be cut, my son was almost 9lbs two weeks early and had his arm and the cord wrapped around his neck. I was in terrible pain for many weeks after and in my last trimester and for many month pp had a lot of hemorrhoid issues.

I use Mirena, had it put in 10 weeks pp, overall pleased, have noticed some problems potentially related to it.

The last 3-4 months, have had horrible hemorrhoids again, pain, bleeding off and on, noticeably stronger body odor ( HAVE to shower after sex or any activity or I itch and stink!) Have never had probs with yeast infections or anything of that sort. Also noticing a lot of pain in that area, almost like I tore or something, I've looked and it doesn't appear that I have, but something is just wrong and I have a lot more discomfort than I think I should at this point. Could I have torn my scar? Is it something related to the BC? Is it a bigger issue like a colon problem or an interior tear like a fissure? I know, I should and will see a doctor, just wondering if anyone has experienced a similar combo of problems so long after baby?

What can I do next?

There is another question like this on Mamapedia from 2008 from someone named D. B I was trying to cut and paste it for you but it wouldn't let me. I had an episiotomy with both of my kids. My first one was 8.15 and my daughter was 10.7! It seemed to take forever to heal both times but I found tucks and keeping the area as clean and dry as possible. But if you have an infection of some kind, you may need some topical or something more internal like an antibiotic. I am assuming that after two years you have mentioned this to your doctor???
Wouldn't it be ashame if it was something as easy as prescribing antibotics to help heal all this suffering? Make an appointment today please! Good luck.

Def need to see a doctor. However with the Hemirriods (actually and the smell) you be a nutrition thing. Are you drinking ALOT of water? I notice when I dont drink water, everything starts to have a smell...my #2's seem noticably stronger, urine is very consentrated and smells. Also may want to get out and sweat...sometimes just flushing the body is all it takes..however it could be the BC.. but def go see a doc...pain lasting that long just doesnt seem normal.

It sounds like you should be at the doctors asap. From experience, I have horrible pain on my c-section scar and it is two years later. I have been seen and the doctor says that it is scar tissue that can be growing and attaching where it should not be. Also, you might want to be checked for a bacterial infection. It is similar to a yeast infection, but is a normal vaginal bacteria that can get out of hand at time. Very easy to treat. Hope you feel better!

Go to your doctor and insist that they find the problem or find new doctor. I had a friend have a similiar problem years ago and what they finally figured out was that she had a tear between her vaginal wall and rectum and poop was coming out or leaking into her vagina and causing odor.
Do not be embarrassed and keep insisting on them finding the cause.
