Anyone knows of good outdoor/in door places I could take me Toddlers with lots of energy so they can blow it off? P.S important factor. I work the grave yard shift and when I get home my husband leaves for work sometime not coming home till 4-6 pm. So I look forward to naptime with them as they rest anywhere from 2-3 hours. We like too well I like it to be at noon but sometimes they are still full of energy and we dontnap to 2pm. WOW. Any advice will be helpful.Aloha

If you go to the parks and recreations site for Las Vegas, they have a calendar of events for NW Las Vegas parks. Lots of activities and classes at the community center.

Hey, it's P. again. I think all the libraries in the city offer storytime (If you are north, try Aliante or the one on Cheyanne & Buffalo). Pottery Barn Kids in Baca Park on the corner of Charleston & Rampart offer storytime as well on Tuesdays @ 10am. I just found out today that Barnes & Noble offers Storytime on Sundays @ 1pm. I may sound like a reading freak but I'm not. I'm still pretty new to the Vegas Valley myself and these are the only things I know to be free that are scheduled at the same times every week. You might also try Chuck E Cheese's on Lake Mead & Tenaya off I-95. It's free to get in and cool inside and they have one of those big play tubes for kids to crawl in like McDonalds. I have found it to be a nice atmosphere that a lot of stay at homes moms use to just get out of the house.

Hope this helps!

P.

You could take them to the Meadows Mall. They have a free place there for the kids to go nuts in.
