There is Dutch Branch Park in Benbrook (at 377 & Winscott Rd). It has a great playground and a duck pond. Very fun. There's also Lake Benbrook too. It's pleasant as well.

Castle Park in Benbrook on 377. You have to turn there by the YMCA in Benbrook and it is right there. I work at Liberty Elem in White Settlement and we have taken our kids on field trips there to play and have a picnic lunch. I think you would really like it. Sheila J

Seminary South around the Baptist Theological College.

OR - better yet - Mansfield - Walnut Creek between 287 & Broad Street. The park goes between Walnut Creek and Hwy 157. You can access it from either end. Great walking path (concret), picnic areas, playground, tennis/ volleyball courts...lots of trees

The park in Benbrook is wonderful! It is just off of 377 going south. We visit there a lot. There is plenty to do, shade and picnic areas.
