My 7 year old daughter loves anything to do with arts and crafts. She loves making things, pictures, etc.
Target sells kits in a box for $9.99. She has the "Rock Art". They have about 3-4 others.
Make a coupon book of things you'll do with her!
**Go to a pottery store & paint something together
**Go for a hike at a local state park
**Take her to a day spa & have a pedicure & manicure together
Get her a karaoke machine! Kids love to hear themselves sing!
I just purchased a gift for my 7 year old cousin. I got him the new Nickoleden DVD Game :Scene It. HE LOVES IT! It's for ages 8 but if she happens to watch cartoons on Nick like most do, I guarantee she would love it!

I started giving Sweet & Sassy gift cards whenever I'm not sure what to get. Girls love the salon since it's made just for them. They are located in the Southlake Town Square.
When my daughter was her age, she loved baby dolls. She got a baby doll and a baby doll stroller. She loved to play mommy. Then I would occasionally get her a baby doll bottle or baby doll diapers and she loved it!
I second the arts and craft kits. Is she too old for dress up clothes? Some little girls I know love those.
