My daughter has post nasal drip and its making her throw up! what can I do to make it go away?
You can use a netti pot (not sure if I spelled the correctly) I found mine at walmart in the pharmacy area. It feels weird at first but follow directions and it works really well and you don't have to do a lot of meds. Also Vit. A is good too.

Decongestant is always good for pnd.
Sounds like allergies to me. Have you had her tested? Or talk w/ your Dr. My daughter takes Zyrtec and it works really well. : )
Try kids Claritin.
It will dry up the mucus secretions. It is non-drowsy.
Also, teach your daughter to spit out the mucus.
And try keeping her head elevated when she sleeps.
Also try getting "Little Noses" which is a kids nasal decongestant. It is nasal drops. Any drugstore should have it.
And yes, if she can, have her use a Neti Pot nasal rinse.
My daughter could use that since 3 years old, with my Husband's help. It helps to clear out the sinus cavity. But follow directions, carefully.
Buy her some liquid Children's Sudafed (it's located behind the counter and you need to show your license to get it). Give her the recommended dosage and when she starts to feel the nasal drip again, give her another dose.
