Postage is postage. Getting a letter with a Christmas stamp this time of year would simply bring a smile to my face. It's no biggie! Use what you have and give smiles while you're at it! =)
I have a whole book of forever Christmas stamps and have several personal letters (not bills) I need to mail. I would like to use the ones I have instead of buying more. It seems a little weird since it's not Christmas!
Do you notice postage or do you think it doesn't matter?
Thanks.
Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas! ha ha
Obviously, I am someone who notices:) But I'm going to use them!!

It is definitely close enough to Christmas to start using them without anyone batting an eye. Heck, I'd use them at Easter time rather than going to buy new stamps.
Doesn't matter a bit. I'd use them up!
I never pay attention. I'd use them!
I always notice... I rarely judge.
i don't care use what you have
Postage is postage to me.
I buy stamps by the roll but that is because we run our business from home and use a lot.
I wouldn't give it any thought if I were you.
I use my holiday stamps until their gone... you're welcome bill collectors!! ;)
use them as the postage is going up on 1 Jan 12...so use 'em up baby!! it's money...would you throw money away?
It doesn't matter.
When I see things like that, I just figure they had to use it up or that is all the person had.
No biggie.
I never pay attention either! I'd just continue to use them. :-)
You get whatever stamps I have....or combination as my dad "collected" stamps which ended up not being worth more than their face value. So I've used up to 5 - 8 or 10 cent stamps for a letter before.....Even used a bunch of the Christmas stamps one year for Christmas cards.
Oh thank goodness someone else does this! I always do, even in July!
Dawn
It doesn't matter - use them. But you're really not too early. Wal-Mart has their Xmas shop open and my neighbor just put up their Xmas lights!
