Wow, were to begin...

I feel like our life has been torn down, twisted, shaken and anything else that could happen to it in the past 8 months. So here is a little back ground, my husbad quit his job of 7 years to go back to school last year to become a police officer (a decision that we BOTH made). He started school in August 2011 and things were going great, then we find out on August 24th, 2011 that my mother in law has cancer, and a week later she dies. Totally unexpected and hard to deal with. So fast foward a few months and my husbad graduates in december of 2011, a bitter sweet day.
Since graduation we have been going crazy trying to find him a job, even a fast food job, anything to pay the bills and cannot find ANYTHING, meanwhile I have a quit my job in march and since then we have had no money comming in.
We have about 1400 in bills each month and are behind about 2 months on everything. We have been scared to death bc we know we are about to lose everything that we have.
All the while, we ar still trying to have faith that God has a reason for all of this and that he is gonna give us what we need.....
Well last week, my husband was at a neighboring police dept. doing his usual job searching and they told him to come in for an interveiw this Tuesday!
so now we are freaking out, just praying that this is FINALLY our break....we really need this....
What im asking, is for anyone that reads this, just take a second and say a prayer for us that God will let him get this job, because ultimately it is up to God.......

Sorry about the rambling and thanks for your time and prayers!!!!!

God Bless,
T.

Of course I will pray for your husband and you, what is your husband's name? I wll light a candle that will burn for the night and say prayers for you and that he gets this job and it is right for him.
Let God do the work. Concentrate on this strongly and continuously and then when you have exhausted that completely and totally let it go to God. Sometimes it's good to see it as a white dove taking it to God. The praying concentration is just as important as the letting Go, it's a balance.

See Light and illumination and Love of God all around your husband and just let it all be guided and just doing the actions while the higher forces takes over when he goes to his interview.
The very very best and highest good for all!

I am so sorry. Sounds like this last year has been super hard on all of you.

Just hang in there. I will be sending you all strength.. Reach out to his mother.. and ask her to also guide the 2 of you. I have been calling out to my friend that passed away a month ago, I feel like she has really been watching over us and helping good things come our way.

Here are some thoughts for down here.

Here is the link for the Austin, Police Dept. They actually have a cadet class of 70 right now, but are recruiting at this moment.

http://www.copjobs.com/TEXAS%20POLICE%20DEPARTMENT%20JOB%...

The other towns in Central Texas for him to consider are
Round Rock, Georgetown, Kyle, Taylor, Manor, San Marcos..

Also consider some colleges and Universities in your area..
Down here..
The University of Texas, Southwestern University, Texas State University, Texas A&M University..

T.,
Sorry about your MIL. :(
I will pray for good employment for your husband, and in my opinion, law enforcement is O. of those vocations that are WAY underpaid--considering the risk involved.

(But I have to wonder WHY on earth you would quit a job in March when your husband was graduated, yet still unemployed?)

Wishing the best outcome!

I will pray for you and your husband. Prayer is powerful & God is good. I have had a rough few months myself. After being healthy all my life, I developed health problems in February & almost died. I was never so scared in my life. I prayed & prayed that God would let me survive so that I may see my child grow & be her mother. God answered my prayers and I am proud to say that I am almost fully recovered. I will pray that God provides for you and your family. Keep us posted!
