Do you have PARTY CITY? You could probably buy them really cheap right now, since I'm sure they'll be getting rid of last years stuff to bring in the new Halloween stuff soon :)
Don't forget to shop at Salvation Army and the like!! They have tons of old stuff, and cheap too!!
Right outside of downtown St. Paul there is a shop called Twin Cities Magic. They have TONS of costumes and wigs. It is on E. 7th St, right near the Exel Energy Center.
