We have been trying to put a house up for sale but it still needs work done to it. The kitchen needs to be leveled with concrete (a leak was fixed under the slab and the man who filled the whole didnt do so good.)....after the floor is level we want to put some type of flooring down so far we are thinking tile. We also need someone to come fill holes in the wall aswell as repaint over the filled holes and repaint a few rooms completely. We also need someone who cleans carpets. We have made plans to have someone come give us a quote yet they are very unreliable ....we are looking for reliable people aswell as affordable since we are on a budget which is why we are selling the house. Please only referrals that have actually had work done and KNOW FIRST HAND that the work is good. Not referrals just because you work for them or you know the person and you want them to make some money please. Thanks in advance. :o)

Have you tried www.angieslist.com ? Might be worth the $5 for one month of finding people on the list. We find great service people there.

Well, I do know him personally, but I also know that he does a great job and will give you a fair price. He can do anything! His name is Greg Gilchrist. He started his own business (Gilchrist Construction ###-###-#### a couple of months ago and is also working as a handyman for Handyman Matters ###-###-####. As long as he is not "taking money away" from them it isn't a conflict of interest. He will come out and give you a free estimate for any work you need done. He has been a builder for the past 6years so he has plenty of experience with all types of construction, subcontractors that he uses that he trusts and that are fair priced, quick and reliable.
