Seeking Recommendations on New MD and OBGYN

I am switching doctors and am looking for an MD and OBGYN in the Geneva, St. Charles, Batavia, Wheaton area that accepts HMO patients and is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital. I would prefer female doctors however if they are good, I don't care as much! Just someone with a good bedside manner and competent.

What can I do next?

I use the Fox Valley Women's and Children's Health Partners for OB/GYN. They are in St. Charles and are fantastic. Very large group of doctors, very modern office, very modern way of thinking with medicine and it's easy to get an appointment. They also have a peds office there that we use for our son and have extremely happy with them too. Also in that same group is Dr. Link who is just across town, also in St. Charles. HMO is a pain that doctors have to be in the same group. I've worked with Fox Valley Women's for years and wasn't willing to give them up so when I went to HMO, I knew I just had to find a GP in that group. Dr. Link has been great. It's not a fancy office but he's well known in the community and is really a fantastic doctor. I HIGHLY recommend them both.

Dr. Link ###-###-####
Fox Valley Women's ###-###-#### (especially doctors Wang, Mills and the nurse practitioner Shelly Sinatra)

Hi,
Dr. Masue Li is absolutely WONDERFUL. She delivered my twins @ CDH and just receintly opened a new office @ CDH. I can't not say enough about her. Both myself & my husband love her. All her information is on the CDH website. If you have anymore questions, please let me know.

Ditto to Sarah C's response. Fox Valley Women Health Partners is wonderful. Dr's Homan and Mills were my personal favorities, but Dr. Wang was due at the same time I was so I only saw her once. Shelly is also great. The do not have hospital rights at CDH, but my experience at Delnor was wonderful. They also have two high risk dr's that come right to the practice on Tue and Thurs just incase that is something you have to do.

Dr. Link is also wonderful and so is Dr. Curtis at St. Charles family med. Again, no rights at CDH. I am assuming you are interested in delivering at CDH because of the level 3 nicu. That is definately something to consider but tour Delnor. They do have a level 2 and were wonderful.
