My endocrinologist is at Oak Park Hospital and she is fantastic. I have been seeing her for over 10 years. Her name is Dr. Cunningham and their office is actually in the hospital - called the Center for Diabetes and Endocrine Care. Good luck!
So I have nodules on my thyroid, but my Internal doctor still doesn't think I have thyroid problems because my tests are negative (TSH and Free T4). I know about T3, but rather just go straight to more knowledgeable doctor since she I even had to push her to run the T4. Having most of the symptoms of Hypo. Hoping for someone with Loyola since all my test results are there, but elsewhere might be good too if it means getting treated. I live near Oak Park so hoping for someone there, LaGrange, Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, but not much farther. Rather not go into the city either. Thanks!

I had some nodules and half of the my thyroid removed about five years ago at Loyola - my doctor was Dr Steven Dejong. I had no complaints, he was a great! Here's a link to his info -
Hi. You may have an autoimmune thyroid issue in which they'd have to check your thyroid antibodies. People with this type of hypothyroid often have regular TSH/T3 and T4 but if the auto-antibodies come back positive, they need to be treated and end up feeling much better. Dr. Barbara Soltes at Rush (which is a stop right off the El from Oak Park is very good and smart. ###-###-####.
