Hi mama's. I'm trying to find a cover that goes over the seat of a shopping cart. The one I have now is an Infatino, but it doesn't cover the sides & my baby wants to chew on those bars, which grosses me out. I would like one that covers every part completely. I have looked at a few online: The Proper Shopper & the Clean Shopper, Has anyone used either one of these? I would like to hear likes & dislikes, so I can compare I get the best one. Thanks In Advance!

What can I do next?

www.buggybaggs.com awesome covers have great "storage" compartments-- great close and handle for carrying...cute patterns too! a bit pricey but hold up through washings and multiple kiddos... I've had mine for 7+ years 2 kiddos and multiple washings and now...am going to have my sister borrow it for her little one!

I love this website: www.mom4life.com They have the covers as well as other baby and toddler items. Their service is fantastic, and it is owned and run by mommies!

I have the same one as you and my baby does the same thing. My sister bought the Wendy Bellisimo one from babies r us. It was 30 I think but worth every penny it even folds into itself to make its own bag. I would highly recomend that one!

Before buying online, you may want to try Kid 2 Kid (the used children's clothing store). They have a section up front of all new products and I saw some shopping cart covers.

I got mine at BBRU:

I love it! It covers everything and can fold back into itself for ease of carrying. We have one for my car and one for my husband's car so we don't ever forget it when going to the store or out to eat.

I actually have had two. I can't remember the name of the first one, but it covered the whole basket and I got it from Babies-r-Us. However, I got the second one because my DD would wiggle out of the safety belt. The second one I got was Eddie Bauer from Target. It covers the whole thing, and has a shoulder harness.

We've used the Clean Shopper and it worked great. It was easy to clean and use and put on shopping cart. The only challenging thing is finding the holes where the belt goes thru. We used ours quite a bit, you can even use them when eating out at restaurants, in the highchair at restaurants.
The only criticism I have that it is a little difficult findin the holes to put the belt in, the holes are a little small. This is very minor. I haven't use the proper shopper or any other ones. It has held up well also. I recommend it, as it is peace of mind knowing they won't get their mouth on things they shouldn't be getting them on and keeping them away from germs.
