I need some morning snack ideas please. My 5 yr old has to have a morning snack packed for kindergarten. I've been packing pretzels, rice krispy treats, apples, grapes, and cereal for the past couple of weeks. Shes already getting tired of what I have been packing!

What can I do next?

Take her shopping and say these foods you can have for snack. I will buy 2 this week. Let her pick a new one, from your list.

I like it so much better when the school provides snack and then you don't have to worry about all this!! ;)

cheese (I'm sure it will stay just fine if it's only a few hours)
yogurt covered raisins or pretzels
dried bananas or other fruit
small muffins or slices of loaf
edamame (you can find them dried too and seasoned)
fruit snacks
crackers
Go-gurt (if you freeze it overnight it will stay cool and thaw)

That's all I have right now, but good luck!

Cheese and crackers, yogurt or gogurt, pop tarts (mini's), mini bagels, applesauce, graham crackers. My son loved the gogurt's frozen and
eat them like a popcicle. Dip the graham crackers in apples sauce. Apple
slices dipped in peanut butter. You can buy the small containers of pb, indivicual servings. If you have two things a week, then alternate the days. The following week do two different things.
