P.S.
I'm assuming you need a corporate gift that isn't so cutesy?
Cowboy hats.
A book on Texas BBQ. We have "Legends of Texas BBQ Cook Book" by Robb Walsh.
A packet of bluebonnet seeds.
A Willie Nelson CD.
I will be visiting two clients in Colorado this summer. What is something "Texan" I can take to give as gifts? I don't really want to give jalapeno jelly. We do like Butler salsa which is made locally.

I am not sure about the Dallas Cowboy stuff. They are probably Bronco fans. Do you know the clients would like anything Texan? Many of them are hostile to Texas.
I like the cd or book idea. There is a "Texan" store. I think there is one at Stonebriar or Grapevine Mills.
Hot sauce or bbq sauce?
I would always like Rudy's barbeque sauce!
Some of the malls here in Houston have "Texas" stores. If you can get to one, check it out. There is UT stuff, A&M stuff, bull stuff, food, coffee mugs etc. I saw a cutting board in the shape of Texas.
I know you used to be able to ship blue bell ice cream from their site...it isn't cheap, but if it is for work, you can probably just expense it.
Texas wildflower honey
Pen and paper with something from Texas on them?
Don't bring Dallas Cowboy stuff unless you're sure you won't lose the client that way! :^) Barbecue sauce or a beautiful bluebonnet photo would be much safer. If you bring your Butler Salsa, you'll be bringing a story to go with it, and that would sound good to me if I were your client.
How about this type of straw cowboy hat.. They are a trend for young people right now.. I noticed, even HEB is selling them for about $10.

BBQ brisket or sauce from the Salt Lick in Driftwood (it's vacuum packed and oh so yummy!) http://www.saltlickbbq.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?search=ac...
The Texas Pecan Company has containers in the shape of Texas, and you put any kind of nuts, or dried fruit or candy that they have in the containers..

Take some Dallas Cowboys hats/t-shirts/mugs. Something they can keep rather than eat and have it be gone.
