I really don't think that you should be having positive Hcg levels if you aren't pregnant. Not to scare you, but you might want to get a second opinion. If you are getting levels like that, there is something in your body that is making it think you are pregnant. I had a friend who had a molar pregnancy which put her in lots of pain and horrible morning sickness...it is fetal tissue that didn't form into a baby properly so then they have to remove it. Even after removing it, she still had positive Hcg levels and they should have gone down. She ended up having a form of cancer because the tissue kept regrowing (which is what caused her to have the positive levels). It was treatable and after some chemo her levels are dropping fast but still it is very scary. Not something you want to take lightly. If your dr isn't agreeing to look into it much more, I would be going to another doctor.
