Hi DG,
We are actually looking for a stackable washer and dryer, and we need electric. However, we are looking for smaller ones, rather than full size. How big are yours? How much were you thinking of selling them for?
thanks!

I recently moved here from CO and I brought a stackable washer/dryer with me. I no longer need it but it is only 2 years old and in great condition so I am looking to sell it. The problem is that it is electric and I'm having a hard time selling it apparently gas the "thing" here. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can sell the machine. I've tried finding companies that would maybe buy back used appliances and posted for sale ads online. I've gotten a few offers but obviously no one has followed through. Any help would be appreciated!

try craigslist.org - but make sure you are posting in the Chicago section. You could also try on ebay, but you might want to check completed listings first to see how well things like that are selling.
I would put it up on Craigslist if you havent already because alot of people look at that site and it would be perfect for someone in an apartment setting. Also, maybe post something up on the board at Jewel. Good luck.
Try CraigsList.com or trade-n-times newspaper.
Try Napervilleyardsales.com Everything (includung the kitchen sink) sells on this site!!!
Good Luck
