I have a large gf grill now and just wondering what all you cook on it. I have done bacon, burgers and paninis so far.
Feel free to share some recipes too!

The latest thing is chicken, bell pepper, onion and pinapple kabobs. Just I season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, then right at the end brush the whole kabob with bbq sauce - can make kinda a mess, but if you just do it at the end its not too bad. Anyway, it's super yummy. I serve it with coconut rice!

grilled cheese sandwiches
tuna melt or...
any grilled sandwich

I've done chicken breasts too.

Everything works better if you turn it at least once.

I thought it was a silly gift when it was given to me, but I was *so* wrong. It is terrific!

I grill portabella mushrooms on mine. Just brush a little italian dressing on them first and then fix them like you would a hamburger. So good! Salmon is also good on it.

MMMMMmmmmmmmmmm bacon is sooo yummy on the GF grill. I love to do chicken breasts, they cook beautifully, tender and juicy (perfect for shredding or slicing), I do steaks, turkey burgers, asparagus, eggplant (evoo salt and pepper), pork chops ... hmmm that is all I can think of for now, but I do a WHOLE lot of stuff with my GF grill.

Crispy Chicken for chicken Alfredo w broccoli, and that's it.

Place chicken thighs (boneless ) on the grill, cook until there's no more steam (looooooooong time, 1-2 hours). Salt the crispy chicken, and cut into strips. Add to cooked noodles (penne, orochiette, fettuccini, whatever.) 2 jars of Alfredo sauce. Lots of broccoli. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. The chicken rehydrated in the sauce. It's an inimitable flavor combo, when the chicken is hydrated by the sauce, instead of leaking juices into you pasta.

I add tomato & goat cheese, but that's extra.

I also munch on the crispy thigh strips.

NOTE: You need a SHARP knife to cut through the crispy part.

I do burgers, chicken and steaks on it. I love lemon pepper chicken made on it. During the summer I cook them on the outdoor grill so I think whatever you cook on the outdoor one you can cook on the george forman

I make a rub out of garlic powder, thyme, paprika, celery salt, and pepper, and use it on pork chops. It is so good! Also marinated steaks - use a mesquite marinade mix from the store. My grill just wipes clean, they only thing I hate it that I can't cook enough at once, so I grill it and put it in a casserole dish that I keep warm in my oven at about 250 while I grill the next batch.

I stick w/ paninis only. I just can't seem to keep the chicken from overcooking.

Chicken, kabobs, hot dogs, sausage and grilled cheese sandwiches. It's great to take tent camping because then you can grill your food!

My grill sits in the back of a cupboard.
I really dont care for the flavor of the meat when cooked like this.
I also hated the clean up.
When I did use it, I cooked boneless chicken, boneless pork chops, hamburgers, mostly just any boneless meats will work in it....also used it to grill veggies, like bellpepper and shrooms. I liked cooking veggies on it better than meat, veggies taste okay. It's the clean up that forced me to discard it to the cupboard that holds the juicer, an old crock pot, an old coffee maker, a tea maker, a food processor, and an electric skillet that I hate ;)
