Depends on my mood, what I'm serving it with, or if it's just dinner, or what's in the house. :)
I like a little butter, more sour cream, just a couple drops of Heinz 57 or A1, REAL bacon that I crumble up, and cheese. I love shredded cheddar cheese! I need green onions. If I'm serving it with a steak sometimes I'll cook down some onions and mushrooms in butter and serve over the steaks and also in my potato (though I won't put additional butter in the potato if I do that). It's yum! Also, one day I'll cook bbq shredded pork in a slow cooker (I use the McCormicks bbq packet and that recipe), and serve with a salad and some fried potato slices. The next day, I'll bake potatoes and put the leftover bbq, cheese, and green onions on them as the next meal. Delish! And yeah, chicken broccoli and cheese potatoes are nice. :) If you want ideas, look at Jason's Deli menu and see what they serve.....I remember they rocked my world back in the day. (Don't have one here, but when I was in school Jason's was a weekly event).
