Hi Mom!
For me...it is 'Mr' Sutter Home (white zinfandel) chilled...a long bubble bath with candles...and some jazz playing in the background!

I'm wondering what helps you get out of a funk.
No real worries or complaints, just feeling LOST in Mommyhood.

I watch the news, lol. No, but honestly, sometimes when I am getting overwhelmed or thinking any 'poor me' thoughts I watch the news and remind myself that while my day-to-day life may not be what I thought it would, I've at least got my happy, healthy family. I try to step back and count off all the wonderful things in my life, then I have a really healthy meal and get outside if I can! When I'm in a rut, I make sure I throw one, totally out of the normal trip into my weekday plans. Listen to some Bob Marley and relax, life is good ;)
Being outside and working in the yard. In the dirt.
I like to go to church , work out, listen to soft music, taking walks alone, or just taking my children out somewhere to have some fun. Just find something that makes you happy and do it.
Listening to Joyce Meyer right now! she always has a good word for me, she teaches how to live in peace and she said this morning she had a revelation to Love her enemies because they are a part of what made her the women she is today, they forced her to grow up and mature, they forced her to dig in deeper with GOD. That word made my day today.
I'm like Victoria. I need to get outside. :)
I went through a period of the blues from the time when my daughter was born until she was about 3. At that time I had to return to work part-time due to my husband losing his job and it was the BEST thing to ever happen to me. I love getting out and interacting with people, but working part-time I get to spend time with my daughter as well. And I get to make money, too. I don't know if that would be an option for you, but I would definitely recommend getting a part-time job if you can. It definitely helped me with my "funk."
Setting realistic goals...And making plans to get out of the house.
P.S. winter is almost gone!!! We get to go outside and soak in that fresh air....ahhhh a nice walk would help
I like to workout to get all of those frustrations out. Or I usually take some "me" time - either a walk or I drive around a scenic route.
Here are some other ideas if you are interested in checking out some options:

Ooooh, and I have been trying to get into meditation...and I JUST bought a groupon for a massage so I'm excited for that.

Hope this helps and hope you feel better :/
For me, it's helped to find a playgroup with other mommies to talk to. The kids can play and we can talk about anything; and it helps me to know that other moms are going through the same things.
My other favorite thing to do is go to a cafe and drink coffee (hence my online nickname) and write in my journal or read. Maybe you could get a baby-sitter and have some alone time or time with friends? Sometimes we need time alone or with other grown-ups to balance us out. I hope you're able to get out of your funk, and take some time for yourself! :-)
Trying to count my blessings...looking on the bright side of life...and loud music! :)
