I like it. In fact, two of my friends come over 2x a week and all the kids play while we do it together. (Now, the system will only "track" one person at a time, but we just do the things that we can do together, like the stepping and aerobic exercises. We don't care if the system tracks us on these days. We are still MOVING and scheduling the time together is FUN plus motivates us to DO IT!)
If you are just starting out working out again, I'd highly recommend it. The fun aspect is motivational, plus the cost is WAY less than a gym. I'm NOT motivated enough yet to get up, get myself and my son ready and drive to a gym daily. I'm just not. But this I can do. For me, it's great!
