3 Year Old Behavior...

Hello there...I am looking for new tricks to have up my sleeve when dealing with my 3 year old daughter. As of late she has taken to shrieeking when put on a time out. I also have not been able to get her to say "I'm sorry for _____" once she's out of her time out. She flat out refuses and walks away or says she "can't". She also has taken to talking or raising her voice over mine to repeat herself when told "no" in getting something. This she picked up from me due to my using it when she started repeating herself so say "noooooo" over her....

Energetic, Willful and Stubborn 4 Year Old

Hello Ladies... I have three children. Ages 17, 15 and 4. My 4 year old is so attached to me and I seem to be the only one in the family that plays with her. The teenagers are too busy with other things. She follows me EVERYWHERE, I can not even go to the bathroom with out her. If I tell her that I can not play right now, she will tell me that she doesn't like me or she will say that I dont love her and...

Grocery Shopping with Newborn

I have a newborn and a preschool aged child. I know you are not supposed to clip the baby car seat on the front of the cart anymore (a child fell off and died). But how are you supposed to manage grocery shopping? I try to wait until my spouse gets home from work, but it is late in the evening and often hard to leave the house to go due to newborn care, bf, getting dinner finished, getting older child ready for bed, etc. Any advice?

CHEAPEST Recipes That Are Actually Yummy!

I am in search of some of the cheapest meals you make that are still somewhat healthy and yummy. Lentil soup? Homemade stew? I would love to hear from some of you who know how to save a buck! I don't have time to coupon, nor do I care for most of the processed products they apply to, so I would really like to figure out how to use fresh, healthy ingredients to make cheap meals! I think we do pretty well, but I want to turn it up a knotch. We currently do salmon and other healthy but pricier items. I would like to have a few days...
