I'm trying to walk as well, but I'm looking for something fun I can squeeze in whenever. Any recommendations? Thanks!

What can I do next?

I like the "10 minute solutions" DVDs , they cover everything from yoga to kickboxing. You can stream them on Netflix.

Jillian has a great DVD called " trouble zones" I'm about to do a few if the segments actually here in a min. It's compromised of about 7 segments of super sets that target trouble areas. I'm about to do " thighs and triceps" and "butt and biceps" it'll take me roughly 12 minutes

I actually enjoy Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and other DVD's she's put out. She has an infomercial going right now that is a buch of DVD's and a meal plan with schedule to follow for 90 days, I'm considering it since I like her workouts. The ones on 30 Day Shred are all less than 30 minutes. But, i also have a couple of Gaiam pilates DVD's that have quick routines, one is 20 minutes, the other is 30 minutes.

I have the 30 day shred by Jillian (I don't remember her last name, but she is the trainer at that Biggest Loser show). It has 3 sections and every section is about 20 minutes. It's a good video and I usually do it when I don' t have time for a full workout.
