My family and I are looking for a nice Baptist church in the Livonia area. I was not raised going to church and neither was my husband, but we have an 8 month old daughter and we would like to start going on Sundays. We have lived in Livonia for a while, but neither of us grew up here so we don't know the area all that well. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.
Hello M.! I don't know of a church in Livonia but I know of one not to far from it. The name of the Church is First Baptist World Changers Int'l Ministries it is on West 8 Mile and Berg. It is a awesome ministry.
Cornerstone church of worshipe is fabulous. It is on the corner of Newburgh and Ann Arbor Trail. It is a non denominational church with a touch of the Bapist. The pastor and his wife are amazing people. My husband was not raised ina church. When we started going there he was amazed. It seems like each week that the pastor taught it was somehow directed towards our life personally. It always hits home. It is not boring by any means. He always captivates the audience. His daughter and son in law do the sunday school for the older kids. They are fabulous. pastor Mike and PAstor Mary are wonderful ppl as well. Church starts at 10 am and lasts about 1 1/2 hours

I've been told good things about Tri-City Christian Center.
I grew up in a church family, but my husband did not. This church supposedly has a really relaxed, contemporary, kid-friendly atmosphere. I'm going to try it for the first time next week with my little one - Annabelle...isn't that funny? she's 11 months...

Ward Church is at 6 Mile and Haggerty. They have a preschool, MOPS program, is a great place for families
I don't go here but my mom, aunt and several friends do and LOVE it. It's called Northridge. It's huge and located in Plymouth off of Ridge Rd.
