Houston had a terrible drought and really bad fires last year. So many people lost property. Up to 3000 firemen from around the country to help our city out. We suffered alot of damage and are still cleaning up from it. So, I hope everyone around the 2 Springs area in Colorado are safe because I know how devastating widlfires can be. You guys have my prayers.
Worried for my sister's house right now. They had to evacuate last night and know nothing yet.
I'm not in CO, but I have 4 friends that are. 3 are so far safe, and 1 lost her home last night. I'm just praying
Didn't know the fire was actually in Colorado Springs - thought it was still outside of that! Maybe very close to Manitou Springs? Stay safe all!
I am in a good place where fires are not close, but my poor uncle lost his house in colorado springs yesterday. Its so sad. THey are predicting rain for today and said colorado springs may get so much that there will be flood warnings, so I hope that does happen and give the poor fire fighters a break!
