Hi, I am going to make a casserole that has bisquick and eggs in it. Do I freeze it with the raw eggs or do I cook all the way through and then freeze it. If anyone has any good breakfast casserole recipes too, that would be good. Thanks.

I would say it's best to make it then freeze it. You can even cut it into serving and wrap and freeze.
Breakfast casserole:
1lb pork sausage (any kind you like)
8-10 eggs
2 Cups milk
2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 Cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese

Brown sausage, drain, mix together all other ingredients.
Spread sausage in 13x9" pan. (Spray pan with PAM) Pour remaining ingredients in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in morning at 350 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
You can make for overnight or make and bake then.
I put some extra cheese on top a few sprinkles. Have had many like this casserole. I've never had any last to freeze later but I bet it freezes well.

I'd say bake, cool then freeze.

I have a French Toast Casserole

5 C bread cubes ( I just tear the bread)
4 eggs
1 1/2 C milk
1 t butter
1 t cinnamon
1/4 C sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla

Coat an 8X8 pan with cooking spray, line bottom of pan with bread cubes. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk 2 T of the sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Dot the top with butter. In another bowl, mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over top. you can add nutmeg and/or ground clove too. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins till top is golden.

You can also make this up the night before and put in the fridge over night and then put in the oven.

Hello~ Hope I'm not too late! Yes, you can fully cook your casserole, let it cool, slice it and freeze it. I do it all the time. Especially, when you know you're having company. When you take it out of the freezer let it set for 10 mins or so and microwave or you can reheat in the oven.

Hi A., you should definitely cook it and then freeze it. I used to make something with eggs, spinach, and cheese (i can't remember the amounts now, but you could do a search), and I would freeze it in small loaf pans; then just take out a serving for breakfast and microwave it.
