I have also had one of my ovaries removed about a year before, i was kept having very large cysts on my left one so after 2 months of having to remove slightly larger that golf ball sized cysts the doctors decided to remove my right ovary. As far as i know i only ovulate every other month but what i i have been reading on this web site is how quickly it can happen.... and that a lot to take in all at once lol. So if any one has had something similar please let me know. Also, if you have any opinions of when I might gt pregnant I am very open to advice. Oh and my other two 4 and 6 were conceived without even trying. Thank you so much for your time L.

What can I do next?

If it were just the IUD, I would say you could right away. I was pregnant within 2 months when I had mine remove and wanted another baby. I'm not sure on the ovaries, since you are missing one. Do you ovulate one a month or every other month? If it is every other month, it might take you a little longer.

I have much the same story. I had my right ovary removed. A few years later I was able to get pregnant with my daughter. I had Mirena implanted after her birth but it slipped so I had it removed after about 6 months. I was pregnant with my son a little over a month later. Good luck!

It can just happen any month. As long as you are in good health and have no infections. You have proven fertility. Don't worry you'll be pregnant again.
At a certain time in my life I taught birthing classes and women who'd thought they might never have a baby because of cysts on their ovaries, tubular pregancy, thyroid disease all were attending the classes preparing for their home births.
