I make my chicken spaghetti totally different! I boil some boneless skinless chicken breast in water seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Then when the chicken is done cooking, I add the spaghetti noodles and let them cook in the same water with the chicken. while that is cooking get a can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup and mix it with milk shred some cheddar cheese (I use A LOT of cheese) and put it in the soup mix. Drain the chicken and the noodles and shred the chicken up if it is not already in chunks. (sometimes I cut mine in cubes before I boil it, sometimes I boil it whle either way works). Mix it all together, put it in a baking dish, top with some more grated cheese and bake it until everything is all warm and melty. Serve hot and top with grated parmesan cheese a nice salad and some garlic bread! it's really good!

I make mine with green chilis!!! ole! It kicks the whole thing up! Undercook the noodles just a touch. I use chopt, cooked chicken, alfredo sauce or cream of chicken soup , cheddar cheese and a can of green chilis and one can of rotel. Mix and put in the oven topped with cheese and bread crumbs.

Oh goodness! I have the BEST recipe for chicken spaghetti!!! It came from an older co-worker's church. I got the recipe when I first started working here over 11 years ago and it is by far STILL one of my entire family (and extended family) favorites! FYI, it makes A TON and it freezes beautifully! So much so that it is the dish I make for new parents or group gatherings, etc. I really hope you take note of it and try it b/c I guarantee you will adore it. =0)

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

3 lb bag frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch green onions (diced)
16oz box spaghetti noodles
16oz Shredded Velveeta Cheese (can be purchased in 8oz bags)
1 small jar diced pimentos (drained)
1 can Pet Milk
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can original Rotel (drained)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large stockpot, boil chicken breasts in water with the diced up green onions. Once fully cooked, remove chicken breasts and set aside to cool. IN THE SAME WATER, cook spaghetti noodles until done. While the noodles are cooking, either dice or shred your chicken breasts (I prefer the chicken shredded). Drain noodles. In the empty stockpot, combine the 4 cans of creamed soups, pet milk, pimentos, rotel, and shredded velveeta cheese. Then, add your cooked noodles and chicken. Mix together well.

You can either dump all of it into a lasagna pan, or split it between a 9x13 and an 8x8 (great option if you want to send some home with someone).

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Just until the cheese starts to get bubbly. Serve with a big salad and garlic toast! YUM!

I am NOT a cook person! LOL But we do doctored up jar sauce (add garlic..the chopped in a jar kind..LOL...green pepper, mushrooms...whatever I bought or is here)...and I cut up small bit size chicken breast pieces (after rinsing)..and just cook it in the sauce. We do this all the time.

Noodles of choice...a quick salad (in a bag or fresh made)..maybe some bread of some kind...Voila..its a meal!
