I just posted a question and someone responded but call me stupid....i cant figure out how to respond back except to type in the, 'let us know what happened' but i just want to respond to what they said. how do i do that???

I think you aren't the only one that's confused. You weren't saying anyone called you stupid. You were trying to say, "Call me silly, but I can't figure this out."

It is good that Shane figured out your grammatical problem, my first thought was that someone called you stupid too. Took me a minute to realize what you meant ;)
I read it the same way, that someone called you stupid and the only thing I can figure as to why I did it was I am getting used to some the awful English used in the cyber world. I added an ed to the end of call in my mind. This is a sad day for humanity, sad indeed. :(
Update your post. I usually add new information in the so what happened so there is no confusion as to the content of the original post.

Oh, good grief - I read that wrong and thought someone called you stupid as well. Actually, I looked at one of your earlier posts and one of the responses was pretty snarky/almost flaming so I reported them :)
Just click on their name and it'll give you options - click on the send a private message option.
The real question is - Why do you want to respond? Don't engage with someone that has disrespected you. They are not worth your time. If you do engage, well, you may be doing any better than they did.

There is no way to thread.
It's part of why you see so many loooooooooong answers. It's because you pretty much need to say everything all at once.

I just looked and didnt see a response calling you stupid, was it in a personal message? if it was you can either ignore the person being rude or you can respond to their message. my guess is if they did it in an answer to your question it must have gotten pulled already because I dont see it.

THe only way to respond publicly to your own post is to go to the So What Happened or edit the original post.
Otherwise you can hit the person's name and send them a private message.
